Step 1: Booking
Booking request must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure. Our manager will contact you within two working days to confirm the booking. Payment must be received no later than 4 days prior to departure.

Step 2: Payment
We accept credit card payments (VISA or MASTER CARD) and cash. You need to pay no later than 4 days prior to scheduled departure, or your booking will be cancelled.
Step 3: Picking up the ticket(s)
There are 2 options to pick up the ticket(s):
1) You pick the ticket(s) up in the bus by the driver.
2) We deliver the ticket(s) to your accommodation in Ulan Ude during business hours.
Once your ticket is paid, we will send you a scanned copy to make sure that your seat(s) has(ve) been booked.
Please make sure that your ticket(s) is(are) paid no later than 4 days prior to scheduled departure, or we will have to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation policy:
1) in case of cancellation or change earlier than 4 days prior to scheduled departure - 20 percent of the ticket price is non-refundable;
2) in case of cancellation or change later than 4 days prior to scheduled departure - 50 percent of the ticket price is non-refundable;
3) no-show/ late arrival - 100 percent of the ticket price is non-refundable.
Luggage:
A passenger is allowed to take on board up to 50 kg of luggage for free (60x40x20 cm)
